Fantastic experience from start to finish. Arranging funeral flowers for my father, staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Offered advice but didn’t push choices. My daughter and I chose a few specific flowers and then provided a “colour scheme”. The flowers were absolutely perfect and exactly what we had imagined.
Emails sent stating each stage of preparation/left premises/delivery were very welcomed and put my mind at ease they would be there.
